FRANCISCO OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== FRANCISCO, Andrew John Sr. 1896 - 1927 Clinton MO, Mar 1927 - Andrew Francisco Died - At the St. Mary's hospital in Kansas City Thursday morning. He had taken very ill the week before with appendicitis, and an operation was performed Sunday, but peritonitis developed which, with other complications, caused his death. He was born at Butler, Mo., 31 years ago this coming June 26th. His father died when Andy was a tiny boy and his mother died when he was 13. He was raised by his grandmother, Mrs. Mary Doyle, who made her home at that time in Clinton. He attended Clinton school, graduating from the Clinton High School, then went to the University of Missouri. On his return he bought stock in the Wilder, Wright & Brassfield Implement Co., and was in business here several years, selling cars and implements. A littel over two years ago, he accepted a traveling position with the Rock Island Implement Co., and held this position at the time of his death, with headquarters in Kansas City. Andy was a member of the Baptist church, the Masonic orders, including the Shrine, the B.P.O.E. He had a happy disposition that made him popular with old and young. He was married to Miss Mary Esther Sigler 11 years ago, February 5th. She survives him with their ten year old son, Andrew John Francisco. He also leaves a twin brother, William, who is with the Rock Island Implement Co., and an older brother, Taylor Lay Francisco. His grandmother, Mrs. Mary Doyle, lives in Kansas City. His body was brought to Clinton last Friday and the funeral service conducted at the Christian church Saturday morning.
