GARRETT OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== GARRETT, Johnathan Wesley 1896 - 1976 Johnathan Wesley Garrett was born in Coal on May 25, 1896, the son of Elmer Ross Garrett and Delia Ellis Duden Garrett. He died at his home, north of Clinton, February 19, 1976. He was married to Mary Alice Bowser, September 6, 1916 and to this union a daughter, now Mrs. Henry (Margaret) Boehler, was born. Mr. Garrett was a miller at the Larabie Mill in Clinton for 39 years. He later moved to the farm where he was active several years. GARRETT, Mary Alice BOWSER 1897 - 1979 Mary Alice Garrett, 82, Clinton, died January 25, 1979, at Golden Valley Hospital. She was born in Bolivar, MO, July 2, 1897, to John and Nancy (Murphy) Bowser. She married J. W. Garrett September 6, 1916. Mrs. Garrett had lived in the Clinton area and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton. She leaves her daughter, Mrs. Margaret Boehler, son-in-law, Henry N. Boehler and seven grandchildren: Mary Alice Anstine, Nancy Sue Eck, Betty Lou Bernard, Margaret Ann Eck, Barbara Kay Prenger, Henry G. (Bud) and Fred Boehler.
