GILPIN, Sarah 1804 - 1904

Mrs. Sarah Gilpin, a grand good woman, fell in the quiet sleep of death Friday 
evening, June 10, 1904, at 7:40 o'clock, as peaceful as a babe and the sweet 
countenance upon her dear face told her loved ones her spirit had flown to the 
angels and she was happily at rest. She was over 100 years old. Funeral services 
were at the home of her granddaughter, Mrs. Ed Strauch, 324 West Green Street, 
and the remains were laid to rest in Bethlehem Cemetery.
