GOOD OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== GOOD, Columbia LEWIS 1842 - 1929 Mrs. L. W. Good - For many years a resident of Lewis (being a daughter of Howell Lewis, one of Henry county's pioneers and for whom Lewis was named) who for more than twenty years, had lived with her son, Boone, and her daughter, Miss Ida, in Kansas City, died at 6 o'clock Sunday morning. The remains were brought to Clinton on the Frisco 11:30 a.m. train, Tuesday, the fourteenth, and taken to Lewis to be interred in the family cemetery, where are buried her father, mother and husband, as well as other members of the family. Deceased was 87 years old and a fine Christian woman. She was a near relative of George Washington, "Father of our Country." Her daughter, Miss Ida Good, has for a number of years, been principal in one of the large grade schools in Kansas City. Funeral service was held at a funeral chapel in Kansas City, and Hon. H. P.
