GOODIN OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== GOODIN, Elizabeth 1832 - 1903 Mrs. Elizabeth Goodin died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eva Askins, near Calhoun, March 30 1903, aged 71 years. She was the mother of eight children, four of whom - B. F., Wm. S., George L., Mrs. Askins - remain to mourn her loss. She was a devoted member of the Christian Church at Calhoun, having united with this congregation in 1856. Funeral services were conducted at the home of her daughter, by Eld. R. B. Havener, of Windsor, assisted by Eld. W. H. Scott, pastor Christian Church at Calhoun, and Rev. Thornhill, pastor of the Baptist Church. The body was laid to rest in Calhoun cemetery, in the presence of sorrowing children and friends. May our kind Heavenly Father comfort the sorrowing ones. - Eld. W. H.
