HEDLUND, Mary CRUCE 1898 - 1990

Mary Cruce Hedlund, 91, Kansas City, a former Warrensburg resident, died 
Saturday, May 19, 1990, at her home. She was born Sep 19, 1898, in Henry County, 
MO, the daughter of George Cruce and Jennie Strickland Cruce. She lived in Henry 
County until 1918, when she moved to Warrensburg. She was a deputy circuit 
clerk in Johnson County in the late 1930's. She moved to Kansas City in 1948 and 
was employed with the legal division of the Small Business Administration in 
Kansas City, MO. She retired in 1968. She married Oscar Eric Hedlund Aug 22, 
1917, in Clinton, and he preceded her in death March 12, 1959. Survivors include 
one daughter, Mrs. Dale (Vivian C. ) Huxman, Leawood, KS. Graveside services will 
be at 2 p. m. Tuesday, May 22, at the Sunset Hill Cemetery, Warrensburg.
