JAGEMAN, James E. 1912 - 1990

James E. Jageman was born January 12, 1912, in Henry County, the son of Joseph 
Edward Jageman and Ida Dunn Jageman, and passed away August 14, 1990. He 
married Alta Raef on Dec 26, 1935, in Warrensburg. She survives of the home. 
Also surviving are two daughters, Linda Clark of Baldwin City, KS; Mrs. Ron 
(Sharon) Siegler of Knob Noster; two sons, Dr. and Mrs. Larry W. Jageman of 
Athens, OH; and Jerry Jageman of Encinitas, CA; four grandchildren, Kevin Clark, 
Brad Jageman, Broc Jageman and Deedrae Suiter; a sister, Nellie Burke of Clinton, 
and five nieces and nephews. Mr. Jageman spent his life in the field of education. 
He was superintendent of schools at Norris, Calhoun and Knob Noster. Funeral 
services for him were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 18, at the United Methodist 
Church at Knob Noster, with burial in the Knob Noster Cemetery.
