McGRATH OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== McGRATH, Dan abt 1925 - 2000 Kansas City Star, Mar 16 2000 - Dan McGrath, 75, of Clinton, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton, MO. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, at Vansant-Mills Chapel with burial in Clinton Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. McGrath will lie in state from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the chapel. Family suggests contributions to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association and may be left at the funeral home. Dan was born in Kansas City, MO. He was a Navy veteran of WWII. He worked as a mechanic for Kansas City Power & Light Montrose Plant for 35 years retiring in 1987. He was a member of the American Legion and the Eagles, both in Clinton. He is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home; one son, John L. McGrath of Puyallup, Washington; one daughter, Donna Conley of Shawnee, KS; as well as two granddaughters, Deborah Cole and Jennifer McGrath.
