MOHLER, Doris Alice n/a - 1993

Word has been received of the death of Doris Alice Mohler, Silver Lake, Kansas, on 
October 27, 1993.  She was a sister of Vera Sicking of Clinton and Topeka.  Mrs. 
Mohler had been ill for five months with cancer.  She died at her home.  Mr. and 
Mrs. Mohler had farmed for 50 years in the Silver Lake area.  Mrs. Mohler is 
survived by three daughters and two sons, all in Silver Lake.  Six sisters also 
survive, including her twin, Dolly A. Heiland of Rossville, Lottie McGuire, Phyllis 
Raney and Vera Sicking of Topeka; Patricia Brown of Meridan, Kansas, and Bonnie 
Thomas of Silver Lake; eight grandchildren.  Services were held October 30 at 
Parker-Pierce Mortuary in Topeka, with burial in Prairie Home Cemetery, 
northwest of that city.  Memorials may be given to Midland Hospice Care, 1272 
SW Fillmore, Topeka, Kansas 66604-1167.
