NORCROSS OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== NORCROSS, Gladys Edna RODGERS 1897 - 1988 Mrs. Gladys Edna Norcross, 90, 313 N. Washington St., Clinton, died Tuesday evening, Mar 1, 1988, at Golden Valley Hospital. She was born near Huntingdale and was a lifelong area resident. She attended the Warrensburg Normal and taught one term at Huntingdale School. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clinton and the Roberta Rebekah Lodge. She was a member of the Norris Neighborly Homemakers Extension Club. She is survived by four sons: Bob and Lawrence, both of Clinton; Ernest of St. Charles; Claude of Drexel; two daughters, Mrs. David (Eunice) Clark of Clinton and Mrs. Charles (Margaret) Ragland of Chilhowee; nine grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren, also two great- great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church, with burial in Englewood. NORCROSS, Gloria Jean WAUGH 1924 - 1988 Gloria Jean Norcross, daughter of Howard and Gertrude Albin Waugh was born October 9, 1924, in Blairstown, MO. She died Saturday, September 3, 1988, at the St. Luke's Hospital, Kansas City, MO. Jean graduated from Norris High School and attended the Chillicothe Business School. She was united in marriage to Bob Norcross on July 21, 1945, in Clinton and to this union one son, Donald Wayne, was born, April 15, 1946. She is survived by her husband, Bob, of the home; a son, Wayne and daughter-in-law, Donna, and two granddaughters all of Clinton; one brother, Raymond Lee Waugh, Kansas City, and one sister, Sylvia Wehmeyer, Urich.
