PURSLEY OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== PURSLEY, Fred 1918 - 1992 Fred Pursley, 74, Windsor, died Thursday afternoon, September 17, 1992, at the Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg. He was born in Alpena, Arkansas, on January 18, 1918, the son of Homer Estemer and Virgie Angeline Jones Pursley. On December 20, 1945, in Harrison, Arkansas, he married Wanda Zeigler, who survives of the home. He was a farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church in Windsor, where he taught Sunday school for many years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Jess Pursley of Rolla; one daughter, Phyllis Flanagan of Rockford, Illinois, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were Sunday afternoon, September 20, at 1:30 at the Hadley Funeral Home in Windsor with Rev. Welby Jones officiating. Burial was in Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
