RANEY, Jettie Lee 1906 - 1994

Jettie Lee Raney was born September 6, 1906, in Henry County, the daughter of 
James and Laura (Belle) Raney. She died February 7, 1994, at Meadowbrook Manor 
of Clinton at the age of 87. She had been a resident of Meadowbrook for the past 
seven and one half years. She was a lifelong resident of the Clinton community. 
She worked as a nurse's aide in nursing homes. She was a member of the 
Northeast Baptist Church and faithfully attended there until her health failed. 
She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were at 10:30 
a.m. Wednesday, February 9, at Consalus Chapel in Clinton. Brother Jim Hammock 
officiated. Oganist was Scott Brooks. Pallbearers were Charles Raney, Jim Raney, 
Joe Raney, Mike Hagar, Steve Raney, David Hagar and Shane Raney. Burial was in 
Englewood Cemetery.
