TROBY, Pearl JONES 1914 - 1992

Pearl Troby was born December 29, 1914 in McAllister, Oklahoma, the daughter 
of Henry and Evaline Key Jones. She passed away August 13, 1992 in a nursing 
home in Houston, Mo., at the age of 77. She was married to Lewis Troby and to 
this union six children were born. Pearl lived in Chilhowee and in Raymondville, 
Mo. before going to live at Houston House in Houston, Mo. She is survived by two 
daughters, Fern Rothley of Raymondville, and Mary Kagarice of Centerview; three 
sons, Charles Troby of Towerhill, Illinois, Dennis Troby of Rogers, Arkansas and 
Richard Troby of Harrisonville; sixteen grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis, and one son, Ray Troby, in 1973. 
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Sunday, August 16, 1992 at Consalus 
Chapel, Chilhowee, with Rev. David Zeller officiating. Music was How Great Thou 
Art and Peace In The Valley. Pallbearers were Larry Culbertson, David Troby, Rick 
Wheeler, Randy Rothley, Stacy Troby, Ed Larcom. Burial was in Chilhowee 
Cemetery.
