TYE OBITUARIES, Henry County, Missouri ==================================================================== TYE, Mary Alice KOESCHNER 1924 - 1992 Mary Alice Tye, daughter of Carl E. and Alice Hannon Koeschner, was born August 29, 1924, in Blue Township, Kansas, and entered into rest October 29, 1992, at the Golden Valley Memorial Hospital, Clinton. She had lived in Overland Park, Kansas, before moving to Clinton in 1963. She is survived by her husband, James Loyd Tye, of the home; one daughter, Patricia Brant, Orlando, Florida; one son, Joseph Roskos, Clinton, and two stepsons, Roger and William Tye, both of Clinton; two step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Saturday, October 31, 1992, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Dick Pierson offciating. Organ selections were played before and after the service. Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton. TYE, Velva M. n/a - 1992 Mrs. Velva M. Tye, 86, died Sunday, May 3, 1992 in a nursing home in Warsaw, where she lived. Services were Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Reser Chapel, Warsaw; burial in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Mrs. Tye was born in St. Clair County and lived in Brownington and Mt. Zion in Missouri before she moved to Clinton in 1946. She moved to Warsaw two years ago. She was a member of Allen Street Baptist Church, Clinton. Her husband, Fred R. Tye, died in 1967.
