Mrs. Vickars owing to infirmities of age had been growing weaker for a long time, some weeks ago she was moved to the home of her daughter Mrs. Rosa Fewel that she could be all the time under the watchful care of her daughter. She was a member of the Baptist church, though for many years she has not been able to attend all the regular church services. She is now enjoying blessed sleep from which none ever wake to weep. - Later Same Newspaper, Feb 21 1913: In the hurry last week, we made a mistake, in saying the funeral services of Mrs. Vickars was at the home of her daughter Mrs. R. B. Fewel - Mrs. Vickar's home in this city is where her husband died and at which the funeral services were held, also of her son J. H. Vickars and it was her request that after she died that her body be taken to her old home and the funeral services be held there. Her request was complied with in every particular. ==================================================================== USGENWEB NOTICE: In keeping with our policy of providing free information on the Internet, data may be used by non-commercial entities, as long as this message remains on all copied material.
