WATSON, Edith Christine 1901 - 1994

Edith Christine Watson, 93, Clinton, died Monday, December 12, 1994, at the 
Meadowbrook Manor of Clinton. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, 
December 15, at the Consalus Chapel in Clinton. Burial will be in the Englewood 
Cemetery, Clinton. Miss Watson will lie in state from noon until 8 p.m. Wednesday 
at the funeral home. Miss Watson was born July 27, 1901, the daughter of 
William C. and Hattie Belle (Johnston) Watson. She was a long-time Clinton 
resident and worked for many years as secretary for a local chicken hatchery. 
She is survived by cousins, Bea Burge and Floydena Culber, Tulsa, OK; Mary 
Catherine Wayman, Dallas, TX, and Dolores Brenenstall, Sacramento, CA.
