WHITTIER, Warren E. 1909 - 1989

Word has been received of the death of Warren E. Whittier on January 4, 1989, in 
Seattle, WA. He was a retired railway mail clerk and at one time resided in 
Kansas City. On September 27, 1929, he was married to Bertha (Pat) Tubbesing, 
who was reared in the Quarles vicinity. They had resided in Seattle since 1945. 
Mr. Whittier was born in Illinois on February 26, 1909. He leaves his wife, Pat, 
and two children, Warren Jr. of Olympia, WA and Lois Gallop of Diamond Bar, CA; 
also four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a sister, Bernice of Kansas 
City. Memorial services were held January 12 at the Washelli Columbarrina. 
Private cremation preceded the services.
