Alfred H. Foster administrator of Daniel Epley Deceased being duly Sworn
Says that the Said Daniel Epley died intestate and without leaving any
Will at his Residence and leaving as his heirs the following children (To
wit) Mary Ann Longs heirs (which are in Illinois), the heirs of Jane
Mitchell, the heirs of Sarah Ann Holt, Delila Holt, Mahala Trantham of
Arkansas, Susan Hughy Missouri, Francis Epley Josephus Epley and that he
will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administor all the Estate of
the Said Daniel Epley Deceased and pay the debts as far as the assets will
extend and the law Directs and account for and pay all Assets which Shall
Come to his possession or Knowledge

to before me this 29th day of December 1860
