   Daniel Epley being duly sworn by me Thos Davis Judge
of Probate for the County of Hickory Mo deposes and says that to the best of
his knowledge and belief the names of the heirs of John Epley Deceased are
Tennessee ____ Epley, Peyton Epley, John Clayton Epley, Elizabeth Caroline
Epley, William Henry Epley and Louiza Ann Epley, all residing in the County
of Hickory in this State and that the said John Epley died without a will.
That he will faithfully administer all the estate of the said John Epley and
pay all the debts as far as the assets will extend and the law direct and
account for and pay all the assets which shall come into his knowledge or
possession
