Bobbit & Sarah A. Kivett as securities are held and for only bound unto the State of Missouri in the penal sum of Twelve hundred dollars, for this payment of which will and truly to be made, bind our selves, our heirs, executors and administors jointly and evenally firmily by these present. Sealed and dated this 8th day of Feburary A.D. 1865 The condition of the above bond is that if Joseph Shipp the administrator of the estate of Mary Shipp deceased, shall faithfully administer said estate accounts for, pay and deliver all money and all property of said estate and perform all other things things touching said administration required by law on the order & decree of any court having juristh the above bond to be void, other wise to remain in full force. Shipp, Jno. Shipp, Gibson M. Shipp, Joel H. Shipp, Jas Q. Shipp, of Howard Co., Mrs. Fielding Shipp Boone Co., Obed Shipp Livingston Co., Mary (or Mrs) Ballew Carrol Co, Mo children of decd.. Mary C Shipp, Jno W. Shipp Howard Co., and the children of Lettie Armick(?) decd. names not remembered five of them live in Bates & Pettis County. grand children of decd. that said Mary Shipp died without a will that he will make a perfect inventory of and faithfully administer all the estate of the deceased, and pay the debts as far as the assets will extend and law direct and account for and pay all assets which come to his possession of knowledge of County of Howard} VS Joseph Shipp State of Missouri } subscribed and sworn to before the clerk of county court in and for the county and state afore said Feb 8, 1865 A.J.HEGNOM clerk
