party of first part,
             To
JOHN A. OVERFELT, of the County and State of aforsaid,
party of second part.
                                       
                                 Warrenty Deed, Dated 10 March 1852
                                 Consideration $4150.00.
                                 Filed 19 July 1886
                                 Book 145, page 258
   Give, Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey onto the said party of the second 
part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described tract or parcel of 
land situate and being in the County of Jackson and the State of Missouri, to-
wit:
   The East 1/2 of Lot No.1 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the 
Northwest1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the North 1/2 of Lots Nos. 1 and 2 of the 
Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, in Township 48, of the Range 32, containing 157.44 
acres.
   Habendum the same unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs 
and assigns forever. The said REUBEN PRITCHETT hereby convenanting to warrant 
and defend the title against the lawful claims of all persons.
