I would like to know in which county Bertram Horner lived in 1914 - 1916

Additional Comments:
He is buried in US military Flanders Field cemetery in Belgium and I am writing 
a book about the men buried in this cemetery. I know he was in the 1910 census 
in Jasper county and in 1918 in the state of Oklahoma. I just would like to 
find out where to write to find relatives and if there is a picture available 
of him. If there is anything to pay, I am sorry to say I can't because there 
are so many soldiers I have to do research for. I understand if you can't help 
me because of that.
