HALE BOGGESS             ~~~~~~~~~          Widow of Former Central         National Head Was 79             ~~~~~~~~~ Carthage Woman Had Been Invalid      Nearly Eight Years --- Came        Here in 1887            ~~~~~~~~~     Mrs Sudie [David] Casey Boggess, 79, widow of Hale M Boggess, former president and cashier of the Central National bank, died at 10:30 o'clock this morning at her home, 1012 South Garrison.     Mrs Boggess had been an invalid since June 23, 1941, when she suffered a paralytic stroke. Her condition became critical nine days ago.     She was born October 29, 1878, in Milford, Ky., and came here with her parents, Mr and Mrs William David Casey, in 1887. She was married October 4, 1898 in Carthage to Mt Boggess.     Mrs Boggess was a member of the First Methodist church.     She is survived by a daughter,Mrs Earl Overby of the home and a sister Mrs Edith E Cook, 204½ West Fourth street. A brother, Willis Wallingford, died June 30, 1947.     The body was moved to Knell mortuary. Funeral arrangements have not been made.         Additional Comments: Funeral was conducted by Rev R H Bodine of First Methodist church assisted by Rev E G Malcom of Grace Episcopal church at Knell service home. Pallbearers were: Mills Anderson, Russell Goerke, Robert Eddy, Claude Morgan, Harold Conner and Ray Shelton. Burial in the Wallingford plot at Park cemetery with husband Hale Matthew Boggess, Nellie and Willis Wallingford.
