Jasper County, Missouri Obituaries - Virginia Hutchinson KRAFT Joplin News Herald (defunct), Joplin, Mo. Saturday, May 30, 1925, and Monday, June 1 *************** MRS. VIRGINIA KRAFT, 78 YEARS OLD, DIES Mrs. Virginia Hutchinson Kraft, mother of Mrs. C. C. Cummings, died at 5:45 o'clock this morning at the Cumings residence, 520 Pearl street. Although in ill health for a number of years, Mrs. Kraft had recently enjoyed unusually good health. Her death followed a sudden attack of illness yesterday afternoon. Beside her daughter, Mrs. Kraft is survived by her husband, George M. Kraft, who for several weeks has been in Evansville, Ind. on a visit. Mrs. Kraft would have been 79 years old in June. For several years Mr. and Mrs. Kraft have made their home with Dr. Cummings and Mrs. Cummings. They formerly were residents of Evansville, Ind., and were pioneer settlers there. Mr. Kraft is 85 years old. Burial will be in Evansville. The body will be sent from Joplin over the Frisco tonight. **************** June 1 KRAFT - The body of Mrs. Virginia Hutchinson Kraft, who died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. C. Cummings, was sent to Evansville, Ind.
