The De Soto Press - Friday, Feb., 3, 1922
   Wm. Pullen was born in the year 1856 and died at his home in De Soto 
January 28, 1922, aged 65 years and some months.  He was the son of Jas. and 
Loretta Pullen and the second child in a family of five children.  The others 
have all answered the call of death.
   He professed faith and united with the Baptist Church and was baptised Nov. 
27, 1890.
   He leaves to mourn his departure one nephew, 3 nieces, a sister-in-law and 
other relatives and friends.
   Funderal services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. A. T. Wilkinson, at 
the Baptist Church January 30th at 2:30 P.M. and the body laid to rest in the 
city cemetery.

Additional Comments:
William Pullen is buried in the De Soto City Cemetery beside his sister.
