Biographical Sketch of William H. Historical Company, 1881. ********************************************************************** William H. Edwards, P. O. Odessa, Missouri, son of Fielding and Jane Edwards. Was born in Woodford county, Kentucky, in 1838. In 1868 he was married to Miss Rebecca Henry, of this county. In 1861 he enlisted in Company A, 5th Kentucky cavalry. Afterwards was in Gen. Morgan's command. Was in numerous battles.
