Historical Company, 1881. ********************************************************************** Isaac Reed, P. O. Higginsville. Son of Joseph P. Reed; was born May 10, 1848, in Clinton county, Ohio, where he was raised and educated. In 1866 he came with his parents to Missouri, and the year after, he settled in this county. In 1871 he was married to Miss Martha E. Walters of Warren- sburg, Missouri, by whom he had one child, William. January 8, 1881 (his wife having died) he was married to Miss L. J. Jennings, of this county. Mr. Reed is associated with his brother, Adam, in the livery business.
