She died Friday morning at her home in Kansas City, Kan. The Rev. Jerry Seabough officated, and burial was in Odessa Cemetery. Pallbearers were Steve and Ben Butler. Born Aril 4, 1965, in Kansas City, she had been ill most of her life. Survivors include her parents of the home; three brothers, Nile Woolery, Jr., Johhny ans Steven Woolery; as sister, Patsy Ann Woolery; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Addie Mary Meyer, Blue Springs and her maternal great-grandfather, Creed Butler, a patient at Lafayette Manor, Lexington.
