Eighteen Hundred and thirty five and then to be devided as follows also, I give and bequeath to my son Washington Martin one negro boy named Bob. Also I give my son Baker Martin a negro man named Soloman and Washington pays said Baker one hundred dollars of his part. I also give to my son Thomas one hundred and fifty dollars a negro woman named Hanner and her increase to be sold at public sale. Also I give and bequeath my daughter Julian Beaty one negro girl named Morio (? Marriah?). I also give and bequeath all the rest of my property and debts except my household furnishings coming to me to my sons Larkin Martin and to my son Galiton Martin and ___(various utentials?)____. And to my son Abner Martin and to my daughter Julian Beaty and that to be sold and equally divided amongst them. Also I give to my Grandson Abner Martin one bed and clothing. I also give to my sons Washington and Thomas Martin all the rest of my household and kitchen furniture and farming tools except the waggon that I give and bequeath to my son Washington Martin. In witness (?) wereof I the said Abner Martin have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal the day and year above mentioned.
