Feb., in Macon county, Mo., Mrs. Mariah Louisa Davis, consort of Mr. Jackson Davis, in the 18th year of her age. She professed Religion a few days before she died, and seemed to be perfectly reconciled. Her desire and prayer was that she might die -- and when the hour came, she bid a long farewell and gave up the Ghost, and is now reaping her reward in that upper and better place of abode, where she will sing the song of Moses and the Lamb through a never ending eternity.
