Ralls. -- The Miner's Prospect of the 11th inst., publishes an extract from a letter dated Rosales, April 5th, which states that Col. Ralls had been placed under arrest by order of General Price. It would seem that Ferguson of the Prospect, who was one of the heroes of the fight, found an old press at Rosales, and instinctively went to work. At his solicitation, Col. Ralls permitted him to publish the report of the action, before it had been officially made to the commanding officer, and hence the arrest. P. P. Brickey had been elected to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of Lieut. Hepburn. The same account adds: On the night of the 3d instant, one of our men, W. N. Gregory, of Richwoods, was shot by the guard. He was shot in the thigh, and it made a bad wound, but it is hoped he will recover.
