Notice

Public Notice is hereby given to creditors and all persons interested, that by 
authority of several commissions to me directed by the County Court of Marion 
County, to audit and settle claims against the estate of Ezra Richmond, dec'd, 
and the estate of James S. Green, Sen'r, dec'd, and the estate of Benjamin H. 
Brizendine, dec'd., on the 15th day of May next, at 10 o'clock forenoon, at 
the Court Room in the city of Hannibal, I will proceed to audit and settle all 
such claims against said estates as may be then and there exhibited in 
accordance with the administration law of this State.
