Cohen's Jewelry shop in this city, about the 30th ult., and brought back to this city by Maral Allison for trial. The examenation was had on the 12th and 13th inst., before Justice Z. G. Draper and Recorder J. S. Buchanan, and the prisoner held to bail in the sum of $300 for his appearance at the next March term of the Circuit Court of Marion county. In default of bail was committed.
