E. Bouldin, Esq., of Glasgow, Mo., dated at Pishapaw Creek, N. M., July 7, 1849. Another letter published in the "Fayette Democrat," states that Dr. Bull, (of this city) was in attendance within ten minutes after the accident, but could not save him -- and that after a funeral sermon, by Rev. Benjamin Stephens, (of this neighborhood) the body was decently interred. Additional Comments: The accident: Three men were shooting antelope. Their horses became excited.
