DALE and Olive DALE, his wife, who are personally known to the undersigned a Justice of the Peace within and for said County to be the persons whose names are subscribed to the foregoing deed as parties thereto this day appeared before me and acknowledged that they executed and delivered the same as their voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein contained. And the said Olive DALE, his wife, being by me mad acquainted with the contents of said deed, acknowledged, as on examination apart from her said husband that she executed the same and relinquishes her dower in the Real estate therein mentioned freely, and without compulsion or under influence of her said husband. R. SINNETT of the county of Moniteau in the State of Missouri granted bargained and sold and by these present do grant, bargain and sell unto the said H. R. SINNETT the following described tracts or parcels of land situated in the county of Moniteau in the State of Missouri that is to say The North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Twenty five (25) Township Forty five (45) Range Sixteen (16). Containing forty acres more or less. To have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the rights, privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said H. R. SINNETT, his heirs and assigns, owner. I the said Noah HOOVER hereby covenanting, to and with the said H. R. SINNETT his heirs and assigns, for himself, his heirs executors and administrations, to warrant and defend the title to the premises hereby conveyed against the claim of every persons whatsoever. SINNETT and Jane SINNETT, his wife of Kingman County Kansas, parties of the First Part, and Richard K**LY of the County of Moniteau in the State of Missouri, party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the First Part, in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred DOLLARS to the them paid by the said party of the Second Part, in receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do... By these presents Grant, Bargain, and Sell, Convey and Confirm, unto the said party of the Second Part, his heirs and assigns, the following described lots, tracts or parcels of Land, lying, being and situate in the County of Moniteau and State of Missouri, to-wit: All............ The North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Twenty five (25) Township forty six (46) Range fifteen (15) Containing 40 acres more or less. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises aforesaid, with all and singular the rights, privileges, appurtenances and immunities thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, unto the said party of the Second Part, and unto his heirs and assigns, forever; the said H. R. SINNETT hereby covenanting that he is lawfully seized of and indefeasible estate in fee in the premises herein conveyed; that he has good right to convey the same; that the said premises are free and clear of any incumbrances done or suffered by him or those under whom he claims, and he will Warrant and Defend the title to the said premises unto the said party of the Second Part, and unto his heirs and assigns, forever, against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
