Will of Thomas Jefferson Williams - MONITEAU COUNTY, MISSOURI In the name of God amen I Thomas Williams of Moniteau County and State of Missouri Calling to mind the uncertainty of life do publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all others. lst that after my decease I wish all Just debts that I may owe to be paid out of my estate. 2nd that my beloved wife Jane Williams have the use benefit and control of my present farm together with the tract of land on which they may be situated during her natural life, and the things of my personal property and that she dispose of said property as she may think best at her death the real estate to be deposed of as follows said land to become the property of my two young est sons Thomas J. Williams and George W. Williams to be by them equally divided the numbers of said lands are as follows the east half of the north east quarter of section twenty seven Township forty five Range sixteen containing eighty acres also the south west of the northwest quarter of section twenty seven Range & township containing forty acres in all one hundred and Sixty Acres but it is to be under stood that in consideration of the above bequest that said Thomas & George is to let my daughter Martha Ann Williams Live on said farm and provide for such sup -port in a comfortable manner so long as she remains single. 3rd I give to my daughter Martha Ann Williams the following tract of Land to wit the south west quarter North west quarter of section thir ty six township forty five Range sixteen containing forty Acres. 4th I give to my son Evan Williams the following tract of land to wit the north of the north west quarter of section twenty six Township forty five Range Sixteen Containing forty Acres. 5th I give to my Daughter Elizabeth D. Williams the following the following tract of land the North West section of the North West quarter of Section twenty six Township forty five Range sixteen 6th I give to my Sons James Williams John Williams & Isaac L. Williams the sum of one dollar each having made pro vision for them and given them their part of my Estate heretofore. 7th I give to my son in law Edmond Bowles the sum of one Dollar 8th I give to my three grand Children George W. Bowles James M. Bowles & Thomas Bowles the sum of ten Dollars each to be paid them as soon as they become of age or marry 9th if there should be a remainder of my Estate after paying the aforesaid bequests to be equally divided between my three young est Children and Marth Ann Williams and lastly I appoint my Son Isaac L. The condition of the above bond is that if Isaac L. Williams Executor of the estate of Thomas Williams deceased shall faithfully execute the last will and testament of the said Thomas Williams deceased and administer Said estate according to law account for pay and deliver all money and property of Said estate and perform all other things touching Said Executorship recognized by law as the order or decree of any court having jurisdiction then the above bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force. Williams has been appointed Executor in & by the said last will & tes- tament to execute the same and to the end that the property of the said testatory may be preserved for those who shall appear to have a legal right or intent therein and that the said last will may be executed according to the request of the testator we do here by appoint authorize him the said Isaac L. Briant and Calvin Hill as securities, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri in the sum of Fifteen Hundred dollars for the payment of which we bind ourselves and our heirs: Upon the Condition that whereas the said J. M. Hardy has been appointed by the Probate Court of Moniteau County Missouri Curator of the Estate of Wilson, Mary M. and Isaac Williams of said County Minors of E. J. Williams. Now if the said J. M. Hardy shall faithfully discharge his duties as Curator, according to law, then this Bond to be paid otherwise to remain in full force and effect. Williams and Mary A. Williams of said county minors of Evan Williams deceased. Now if the said Joseph Hill shall faithfully discharge his duties as curator according to law then this bond to be void otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
