This is to certify that I solemnized the rites of matrimony between William B. 
Pennington and Lucy Nelson on the 31st day of December 1850. J. K. Wilson, J. 
P., filed Feb 12th 1851, Wm. G. Howard, Clk

State of Missouri
County of Moniteau
I, S. E. Hoge do certify that the above is a correct and true copy of the 
marriage certificate of William B. Pennington and Lucy Nelson as will more 
fully appear by reference to Records in my office.

Given under my hand and the seal of the Moniteau Circuit Court at office this 
22nd day of November, 1865.  Signed S. E. Hoge, Clerk and H. R. Hoover
