W. Eubank Deed This Indenture made and entered into this January 25th 1853 between James King of the first part and D. & J. W. Eubank of the Second party all of the County of Monroe & State of Missouri Witnesseth That I James King of the first party for and in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred & fifty dollars to me in hand paid by the party of the Second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have this day bargained and Sold unto the party of the Second part a certain tract or parcel of land and all the appertanances thereunto belonging lying and being in the County & State aforesaid and known as the South West fourth of the South West fourth of Section of Section [sic] Eleven Township fifty five Range 12 Containing forty acres more or less To have and to hold to them their heirs and assigns forever I the party of the first part do Covenant and agree with the party of the first [should be second] part to warrant the title of said land to them their heirs or assigns forever against any and all parties legally Claiming the Same. Given under my hand & Seal the day and date above written.
