W. Eubank Deed This Indenture made and entered into the January the first 1854 between James King of the first part and Daniel and James W. Eubank of the second, all of the county of Monroe and state of Missouri Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars in hand paid by the party of the second part the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and by these presents do bargain sell and convey a certain tract or parcel of land and all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being in the county and state aforesaid on the waters of the Middle fork of Salt river and known as the North West fourth (1/4) of the South West Quarter (1/4) of section No. Eleven (11) in Township No. fifty five (55) of Range 12 West Containing Forty acres be the same more or less To have and to hold to them their heirs and assigns forever and the party does hereby covenant and agree to warrant and forever defend the right and title of said premises to the party of the second part their heirs and assigns forever against any and all persons lawfully claiming the same. Given under my hand & seal the day and date above written. James King State of Missouri ) County of Monroe) Be it remembered that James King who is personally known to the undersigned a Justice of the Peace for and within the said county to be the person whose name is subscribed to the within deed as a party thereto this day appeared before me and acknowledged that he signed the same for the purposes therein mentioned and delivered the same as his voluntary act.
