SO… it seems that Presley A. inherited 1/8th of his father’s estate and then his 5 heirs received their father’s interest which was then sold (in part) to Uncle David H. Witcher. This David H. Witcher marr Elizabeth Anderson the d/o Presley who died in 1853. SEE original Land Grants to Presley Anderson. & Wondering what happened to the remaining 1/5th interest held by the other sibling James F. Anderson the s/o Presley A. ?
