This burial ground is on land once identified as the “old Prentice and Mary Bushong Place.” The several graves here were recently discovered by a later owner, Donald Neely, while clearing timber from the property. The earliest burial with an inscription was in 1904, and the latest was in 1986 when, by special request of Orlenia Young, the remains of her husband were interred there. Virginia Hambleton recalls this cemetery as having several more graves, but no evidence of these burials remains. Here the inscriptions on the remaining markers; Bushong, Estill T., son of Prentice and Mary M., 26 Nov 1901-23 Jun 1904 Ingram, Mariah, wife of B.M.., 9 Jan 1844-16 Jun 1906 Luna, Luther, son of M.J. and M.J., 15 Aug 1912-6 Mar 1913 Young, Richard J., 18 Feb 1902-4 Aug 1986
