Fletcher/Davis Burial Ground T24, R15, S26 Route Z to Z830, west 1 ½ miles This small burial ground takes its name from the surnames of early Settlers. The land is now owned by Jim and Barbara Loftis. Tradition says a young man by the name of Davis "came home" during the Civil War. Soldiers approached, and the young man tried to run away, was pursued and shot. He was the first burial. Other burials are: DUNEGAN, M.
