Lebanon Baptist Church on the banks of Little Creek just north of Thornfield. The stream has eroded the plot to so a much smaller size than it was originally. It is overgrown with no access. There have probably been no burials in this century. There are sixteen or eighteen fieldstones, but only two with inscriptions. The legible markers read: HERNDON, Henry W., 6 Jun 1825-8 Apr 1878 and Martha C., daughter of S. E. and S. PILAND, 15 Dec 1866-15 Dec 1868, "Gone to be an Angel" This cemetery has been referred to as Mt. Lebanon Cemetery and Herndon Cemetery.
