Gen. & Historical Society ==================================================================== Sanders (North) Cemetery T24, R12, S34 Highway 181, one mile beyond Sycamore Store This burial ground, comprising one-half acre, was excepted by deed in 1931 by Albert and Minerva Hodson, but the land had long been used as a cemetery. The earliest date on a headstone marks the grave of Samuel Sanders (1859), and five of the inscribed stones bear 1880 and 1890 dates. There are seven graves marked with fieldstones, and a number of graves are unmarked. The grounds are fenced and there is a cemetery sign.
