Ozark County, Missouri Deeds - Holman to Hall (1879) Ozark County, Missouri Deed Book D p. 339 Know all men presents that I Mary Ann Holman of the county of Ozark in the State of Missouri have this day and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to the said Mary Ann Holman in hand paid by John Hall of the county of Ozark in the State of Missouri granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said John Hall the following described tracts or parcels of land situated in the county of Ozark in the State of Missouri that is to say all on the North side of the River of the South West 1/4 of the South East 1/4 quarter of section (34) thirty four of township (24) twenty four of Range (12) twelve containing thirty acres to have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed with all the rights privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said John Hall his heirs and assigns forever I the said Mary Ann Holman hereby coventing to and with the said John Hall his heirs and assigns for himself his heirs executors and administrators to warrant and defend the title to the premises hereby conveyed against the claim of every person whatsoever In witness whereof I have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 7th day of June 1879.
