Oak Grove Cemetery, Phelps County, Missouri
From St. James, Missouri take Highway B North to County Road 1400.
The cemetery is located right on Co. Rd. 1400. The cemetery is kept
up nicely. Across the gravel road from the cemetery is the Meeting
Place Church of Christ. There is a stone in the cemetery with the
complete genealogy of the Breuer family. I saw quite a few of their
names on the head stones. See bottom of this list.

1842, the Paul Breuer family sailed from Hamburg, Germany to a part of New
Orleans. From New Orleans, they came up the Mississippi to its conflerence
with the Missouri, follwed that streat to Miller's Landing, now known as
New Haven and then over land to their homesite near Pacific, Mo. Where Paul
is buried.
"Braved the streams of the restless Atlantic looked he with hope to the
westerning sun. Steady of heart, or with quite despairing. Ancester of all
