Pine Hill Cemetery (updated), Phelps County, Missouri PINE HILL CEMETERY There was no indication of a name anywhere at the cemetery. It is located on Phelps County - County road 3470 at the very end of the road. Beautiful little cemetery. Pretty well kept up. A lot of unidentified stones - just rocks marking a burial place.
