John William Beck Obituary Former Resident Died In Waynesville John William Beck, was born in St. James on October 27, 1902, the son of Samuel and Cordelia Beck and passed away in the Pulaski County Hospital, Waynesville, on September 16, 1970 at the age of 67 years, 10 months and 19 days. He leaves to mourn his passing his devoted wife, Alma; one daugh- ter, Mrs. Gloria Whiting of Webster Groves; one stepson, William Resi- mius of St. Louis; 4 grandchildren; one brother, George of St. Louis; three sisters, Mrs. Oma William, St. Louis, Mrs. Lena Campey, Cedar Hill and Mrs. Bessie Woods, Arnold besides nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. At an early age he accepted Christ as his personal Saviour and was baptized into the fellowship of the St. James Baptist Church. He was also a member of the Modern Woodman of America. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, and will be greatly missed by his loved ones and friends. Services were held Friday Sep- tember 18 at the Gilbert Chapel with Rev.
