Nellie Moreland, of St. James, formerly of Belle, died Friday, Feb 14, 1986 at her home. She was 80. Survivors include her husband, Henry (Grady) Moreland; three sons, Elbert A. and Ronald L. both of Belle, and Eugene A., of St. Louis; two daughters, Betty L. Hayes and Dorothy M. Smith, both of Rolla; two brothers, Thomas Chambers, of Vichy; and James Chambers of Rolla; three sisters, Della McKenzie of St. James; Vergie McLarning, of Licking, and Dess John, of St. James; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Mrs. Moreland was a member of the Church of God at Vichy. Services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Jones Funeral home, St. James, with the Reverend Clarence Huffman officiating. Burial will be in the Southard Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Curt Baxter, Jim Smith, Brian Smith, Robbie Bentlage, Don Chambers, Bob Cook, Don Moreland and Sam Wilson.
