Mrs. Roberts suffered a cerebral hemorrhage before being admitted to the hospital and had two other attacks before death took the 41 year old mother of four. Born in Rushville, June 7, 1934, a daughter of John T. Park and the late Mrs. Edna Burdett Park, she attended the area schools, graduating from Weston High School in 1952 she was united in marriage to James W. (Buster) Roberts. Before settling in the Weston area, the young couple lived in the east and for a period in Kansas, where Mr. Roberts was employed. Mrs. Roberts was a member of the Short Creek Baptist Church and was an active supporter of the school events and her children. For the past several seasons she has been employed by Parker Tobacco Company. Survivors are the husband, of the home; four children, DeWayne, a student at the University of Missouri in Rolla, twins, Daryl and Sheryl, juniors at West Platte and Mary Ann a sophomore at West Platte; her father John T. Park of Weston; three sisters, Mrs. Martin Vandrell of Gravois Mills, Mrs. Harold G. Sutleif of Las Vegas, Nevada and Mrs. Harley Cox, Broomfield, Colorado and four brothers, J. B. of Rushville, Glen of Kearney, Nebraska, Francis of El Paso, Texas and Norman of Kansas City, Kansas.
